I'd even go as far as saying this requirement asserts that mentors aren't
capable of separating their employment/advisement affiliation from their
individual contribution to the ASF. If it were indeed a case it should be
dealt with on a case-per-case basis, instead of putting a round of the
red-tape on everything single member of IPMC.
