Dennis,

I'm following the instructions I'm given, I don't know if this is the
place to comment on the process the incubator project has been
following up to this point. Have I followed it incorrectly? I don't
know you personally, are you pointing out problems with *this* ip
clearance thread in particular or are you commenting on the template
itself? Had you seen the template before today?
