Being on the receiving end of mentorship (Isis), I can say that I've appreciated having 3 active mentors (Mark Struberg, Benson Marguiles and Mohammad Nour El-Din)... each has their own things that they are particularly good at picking up on, and I think we're the better for it.
On a pragmatic note, it's also nice to know that we can get to the +3 membership for our votes relatively easily.
