Do you advocate the 3 Apache Members per Project rule? I think that is a
significant difference and I really wonder where Chris came up with that value.

I reviewed this page: http://people.apache.org/committers-by-project.html

I counted the number of members by incubating project and also TLP / PMCs. Data
below.

For incubating projects I see from 0 - 14 members. At a glance 3 or 4 is a
median value. I know that not all Mentors choose to be on the PPMC. Is there
data on Mentors per project?

For TLPs I see from 0 - 48 members on PMCs. Many have less than 3. Under
Chris's plan many TLPs would not qualify for incubation.

I also thought that you were advocating that an iPMC remain to take a role in
parallel to comdev, legal, trademarks, pr, and infrastructure without a time
limit, but there have been so many emails that it is hard to grasp if you've
changed your position.

I did not realize until I did my review that I am one of three exceptions to
the IPMC is a Member rule.

OK.
