Dave, mine is not difference in process, substance or requirements. Chris and 7 board members are now familiar with the delta, which is really not up for incubator to choose. The question is simply whether the board will oversee the process, documented by ComDev, with a third driver in the incubating project entry/exit process (a VP in addition to the Chairman and Mentors), or not. Because that VP is simply a board-delta, it's going to be up to the board, if the new schema is adopted, whether they want that additional driver to take some load off of their collective plate.
