hi all,

here are my two cents.

i believe the cmis community is too small to fork at this point
and at least the chemistry part of the community does not want
to fork (at least that's my take, as a part of it).

so i would personally assume that all chemistry committers
would join the opencmis initial committers even before the incubation
starts and would actively work in a true commuity effort to consolidate
the efforts. the mentors and champions would probably be the
same people aswell.

so in my mind the bottom-line would be same result as if we had the
opencmis people join chemistry, except that we give infra a bit
of extra work and create extra effort for the incubator from a reporting
perspective...

i am sure we can find a good way forward between the two communities.
we just need a couple of days to sort things out...
keep in mind we all know each other personally ;)

regards,
david
