I've only had time to do a brief check, but there are some problems, e.g. some web.*.xml files in the server war are not in the server source jar. I don't know if this is the only such problem. The contents of the source jars should all be in the SVN tag. And all source files in binary archives should also exist in the source archive and SVN.
