I think that 5 is a perfectly reasonable size, as long as the team is working well. I just voted +1 to Buildr which has the same size PPMC. As I see it, CouchDB : * has continued an existing diverse Open Source community under the ASF model * Added a committer * Done releases * Meets the diversity requirements. * Is growing well To me that is sufficient to graduate.
