True, but were the debian community to make "a federal case" of the issue, I
don't know that the name would be worth the conflict, even if we'd be in the
legal clear.
However, the Debian Etch != Apache Etch is a strong statement.
If more of these emails, for that matter - their Subject: line, clearly
spelled out "Apache Etch", I'd think we could have ended the debate by now.
