This seems logical provided the java package names also contain the incubator keyword to avoid classpath conflicts if the jar gets included twice.
Which would, obviously, kill backwards compatibility for third party extensions when moving out of incubation.
Is not nice if you've built your entire system to be extensible and modular. Annoys users, too. Which isn't good for building communities.
