Hi, I am not familiar with the legal aspects of bringing an external codebase to the incubator.
William Rowe wrote that jayasoft needs to fill in a software grant to the ASF. If this is right, the software grant must be received and accepted before setting up the infrastructure (svn, mailing lists, ...).
