No. Please read the paragraph just above your swearing stuff.

It is still the same, just that you have the choice to use the old
*.cwiki or the new *.html

Okay, i agree that no-one has yet made the effort to update the
howtoparticipate.html doc to explain this slight change and to
note that Forrest-0.6 release is now used.

Most people managed to sort that out without swearing at people
who are trying to help.
