Yes, thats right. But anyway - the project just needs an Application
Server - so it can be used with Jboss (our primary testing environment),
JonAS, BEA or any other.
I think Geronimo is on the way to become a Application Server, right? :)
Or Do you mean, that J2EE capable projects aren't right for the Apache
Foundation in general?

What do you mean exactly? Should I find a sponsoring Company or Do I
take an existing Apache sponsoring partner? By the way: What does PMC

Yes, thats ok. I just want to make sure that at least one of our
developers needs to be a committer for the project.
