TechDict, to foster translation, and for uniformity too?
I think it's the official translation memory? .. need confirmation
from AEyes translation gurus :)
I mean instead of starting building from scratch, if we could
import it there, it will save a LOT of our time, and advance the
translation to meet the very close deadline?

You are translating the English Language Pack strings, not the Arabic.
Simply, you should select "Arabic (ar)" in the "Languages" list in the
"Translator" page.
