I had expected that
gdalinfo --config GDAL_NETCDF_REPORT_EXTRA_DIM_VALUES YES
NETCDF:"bcsd_obs_1999.nc":pr
would output the NETCDF_DIM_time_VALUES metadata tag with the time
values, but for some reason it doesn't.
