I did `make check-gcc RUNTESTFLAGS="--all tree-prof.exp"` on
my native build with trunk r201823 (4.9.0 20130818).
There is no such warning for my tree-prof.exp testing.
Please find attached files (g++.sum / gcc.sum) for your referenece.

Looking into profopt.exp, 'dg-do' is not an expected dg- command.
Is there something wrong with your environment that some other
testcases with 'dg-do' inside are accidentally included in your
tree-prof.exp testing? :p
