As a practical matter, Geoff probably does not have access to those platforms, so while he knows a lot about gcc and has the ability to approve the patches, he won't be able to test them, so you will do better to send your patches to the attention of the appropriate maintainers as well as Geoff.
As it turns out, I do now have access to a NetBSD system, and will look at that problem when I next get time.
My understanding from 30589 is that a sufficiently recent version of mingw32 has solved the problem.
