  According to the MAINTAINERS file, you're doing the right thing by posting
to the main list here:

"This file contains information about people who are permitted to make
changes to various parts of the compiler and associated libraries.

  It also lists Paul Koning as current maintainer of the pdp11 port.  As per
the request, there's no need to contact him directly, but if you have a solid
bug report, file it in bugzilla and he will surely see it.  If you suspect
you're just having trouble with the cross-compile procedure but haven't
identified an actual bug in gcc, general advice and help can be had from the
crossgcc list.
