What if we had a clean way to flag reviewed and unreviewed text for the internals manual? This could be easier with a wiki; when first entered the text might be (for example) red, and then it would change to black when a reviewer approves it. That way material can be added quickly by developers and we can keep track of what has been checked or not checked.
