Thanks. Nonetheless, both are regressions, and both shows a rather complex
situation which includes pointer tricks. My statement that basic usage of
the extension has always worked still holds.
The number of pointer tricks were very simple. There more likely another
way to reproduce the bug but it would be hard to find one which is as simple
as the testcases in those PRs.
