GCC source tree bloat is a technical reason. And a valid one AFAIC. I wish Jim luck with bringing GPC to a state where it *could* be included. But if almost nobody is interested in having it in the FSF tree, then it should not be included. Martin's point that there is not a single application anyone cares of that you need GPC for is also a valid reason, btw. Gr. Steven
