Thius is incorrect.
%' is supported escape code for apostrophes:
%': apostrophe (should only be used in untranslated messages;
translations should use appropriate punctuation directly).
It can either print ' or ’ (U+2019) depending on capabilities of the
terminal.
Furthermore, even if it was a bug (which it is not, we never patch *.po
files like that, just regenerate (eventually) gcc.pot and let the
translation project update their files.
