        * config/arc/constraints.md (U12, U16): New constraints.
        * config/arc/predicates.md (short_unsigned_const_operand): New
        predicate.
        (arc_short_operand): Likewise.
        * testsuite/gcc.target/arc/umulsihi3_z.c: New file.
