Dunno. My eye caught the number of additional seats. I think they mentioned creating new facilities though. The existing preschools haven't the additional seats, I think. $13-16k per year is a huge number. Does this include "child care" .. i.e. taking care of the child for working parents? That is a lot more expensive than "pre-school".
