The outcomes of education vary greatly between students. What we count as "a better CS education" varies depending on the student we're looking at. There's a reliable proportion of undergraduate students who never learn anything for longer than it takes to pass the exam. Some of them won't even do that if they can figure out how to cheat. You can find them at Harvard commencement ceremonies. After four years at one of the top 5 universities in the world, they believe that the difference between winter and summer is that the earth is closer to the sun in summer. 20-30% of graduating seniors and alumni questioned, if I remember the study correctly.
