The thalamus does get segmented with infantFS and the LUT is the same as for 
the adult recon. I would process the 11 year old data with the adult pipeline.

Thanks. I had filled out the form. How long do they take to respond? Also can I 
do subcortical thalamic segmentation with it? How is the LUT calculated both 
for infants and adults? Would you recommend an eleven year old's data analyzed 
by regular FS or infant FS?
