External Email - Use Caution Hi,
We're trying SynthSeg on data that has been improved using SynthSR. We are interested in the intracranial volume per se. I am curious how we can approach the QC metrics. Our first guess was to get an average for the QC metric of grey matter, white matter, and CSF (since they make ICV) and put an arbitrary cut-off to include reliable results.
