External Email - Use Caution Hi Alastair,
I'm wondering how you ran mris_find_flat_regions? Is your output an annotation file? mri_annotation2label will break an annotation file into multiple label files. Each label file contains R,A,S coordinates at the vertices of the specified surface. The default surface is 'white'. Other options include 'pial' and 'orig'. https://secure-web.cisco.com/1RhoYONhPYWjzvAXirf2sfiS4Trw3AX8iLe0q2yps6U5AZaEnd6h5B2uRVE11rDK9O8eXWRdIcEXA9S2BkkqmnAHbDBC29QaTJyrS0V9Hiu5v_xVNiuweWl6kfdPnd1qUqcLI49BbA3SvhV6_WIOSmh10Askd_XUEqO5bVj198tnGzx1vX8V5v-ZG_OGvoMFFT6lQy9McUxb7q-2vRzZu4qJXoFMwMS8mk2IhutrAqDtdbunFZVuYm6zCRasN1DHY/https%3A%2F%2Fsurfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu%2Ffswiki%2Fmri_annotation2label Is that what you are looking for? Any ideas on how I can do this? As always, any help is much appreciated. Thanks, Alastair
