External Email - Use Caution Hi All,
I am working to process DWI images using Tracula, however I am running into an error when attempting to run the "trac-all -prep -c" command line. The error reads: "Error when attempting to read --index file". I have searched through the archives for guidance and found a similar error resolved here: https://secure-web.cisco.com/1KzdCREiIOVwQ0EaQYziYkN2ydk3Fbs-8eJWpb28ohBnEBqN_s-NytvAfeAofymDDJBevFExX27DVQc-iO0IAniIvzKesS0wVfcUKfoA478NxyBGVcUttEz96t6jioGvM-VgAmgiUacusCIvLt7ODQbMRIMWZgRcVg7nVcgzn2uhgjo1F1f8CpICVUds7LL1rUFl8id9L00QZTF_rWzPu2ADK4gMAgMuqvhwokOr7Pt2eXDzwEg_DfHB1Hk5Woj7yjzQE-YJsZxY1_m9MMU3lEd7jpilkWgfXGCGr2ioBa9eBNdU-JBOH9-f_bQZILEfA/https%3A%2F%2Fwww.mail-archive.com%2Ffreesurfer%40nmr.mgh.harvard.edu%2Fmsg71647.html . I attempted to save the bug fix file to my $FREESURFER_HOME/bin/ directory, however because I am working remotely on Launchpad, I am unable to edit files within this directory. Any suggestions on how to navigate this issue would be greatly appreciated! Best, Liz
