External Email - Use Caution

Hi All,

I am working to process DWI images using Tracula, however I am running into
an error when attempting to run the "trac-all -prep -c" command line. The
error reads:

"Error when attempting to read --index file".

I have searched through the archives for guidance and found a similar error
resolved here:

.

I attempted to save the bug fix file to my $FREESURFER_HOME/bin/ directory,
however because I am working remotely on Launchpad, I am unable to edit
files within this directory. Any suggestions on how to navigate this
issue would be greatly appreciated!

Best,
Liz
