External Email - Use Caution Dear all,
I would like to use the Hippocampal Subfields and Nuclei Of Amygdala tool concomitantly with the Brainnetome Atlas for a resting-state analysis. For this purpose, I need the hippocampal/amygdala nuclei to be in the same space as the Brainnetome. Can you advise me on the method to use to transform the segmentation to another space ?
