Hi Desiree - It looks like this is happening for the corticospinal tract. Is there anything going on with that scan in the area of that tract, let's say slices cut off from the top of the motor cortex or from the brainstem?

Previous communications I've seen regarding this are years old and were solved by upgrading to 5.3. However, I'm already using the 64 bit 6.0.
