Dear Stephen, I would definitely rerun, for the sake of reproducibility. The results are sensitive not only to changes in the subfield module (which I believe I didn’t modify in between your release and the final 6.0), but also to changes in the main FreeSurfer stream. So, your results are different than what you’d get by rerunning everything with the final 6.0 version. Cheers, /Eugenio
