Dear Freesurfer, I have noticed that the subcortical grey matter volume output for the hippocampus differs slightly from other segmentation methods, I was wondering if this is due to what subfields of the hippocampus are included in the segmentation. I was curious which subfields Freesurfer includes as regional boundaries for the hippocampus.
