Hi Richard: Was not able to resolve this quite yet. I figured out that I had to backtrack a bit because I was having trouble getting the complete set of data files from the Fs ftp server using "git annex ." And now it appears that freesurfer's entire ftp server is down and has been all day. I will try again tomorrow and let you know how it goes.
