In a precedent study that I've done with qdec, for a study with two groups, I saw that the effect of 'generate stats data table' tool is the creation of 'stats_table' directory in which it are produced these files: 1. one file of aseg.volume.stats.dat2. four files for emilate of each type of 'apar' file (for: area, meancurvature, thickness, volume)3. one of wmparc.volume.stats.dat In this my last study, with other two groups, when qdec prouduces the 'stats_table' directory there are all expected files for 'aparc' parcellization (8 files) but only those of the rh emilate for 'aparc.a2009' type (only 4 files)! There aren't those files for lh emilate.I checked the files and the directory of individual patients, in which qdec takes the data, and there aren't problems ...which can be the cause?thanks!
