Dear Lee,Greatly appreciate for your advice. But I not sure whether it is the reason for the comand killed. Actually, I had used the method, useing the -i flag for each .dcm file for your training data of “014-anon” and then running the comand “recon-all -s 014-anon -all”, to get a final result. But it didn’t work when it came to my subject’s data. I wonder if the problem come from the size of my subject’s mri scan? Because I found that the size of 014-anon was 21MB, and that of my data was 61MB. Do I need to reduce the size of my data by shrinking the MRI picture? Maybe the memory of my PC can’t support the operation? But the real memory and the virtual memory of my PC is 16G and 32G respectively, which is beyond the basic requirement of Freesurfer. Hoping for your reply. Thanks a lot! Amolie
