Can you try using this version of optseq?

I changed some things that might fix this problem. I ran the command
line below with it, and it gave reasonable results for the last null.

Hello,
I am having a problem with optseq2, where the final NULL event is
given a much longer duration than the rest of the events. This happens
even if I set tnullmax to a lower number- for example, I set tnullmax
to 10 seconds, and the final interval came out at 48 seconds. Do you
know how to resolve this issue?
Here are the settings I used:
./optseq2 --ntp 684 --tr 2 --psdwin 0 22 --tnullmin 4 --tnullmax 10
--ev MTS 12 6 --ev MFS 12 6 --ev MTNs 12 6 --ev MFNs 12 6 --ev RTSE 12
6 --ev RTNsE 12 6 --ev RFSE 12 6 --ev RFNsE 12 6 --ev RFSH 12 12 --ev
RFNsH 12 12 --ev IT 12 4 --nsearch 1000 --nkeep 1
Thank you,
Dan
