Hi list, I'm performing the FS-FAST for functional connectivity analysis on two groups. I'm using tkmedit to visualize the results. Is possible to load a scatter plot which describes the values of each subject for each selected voxel? e.g. I'd like to verify the presence of outliers.Scatter plot is used by qdec for cortical thickness analysis. Is possible to use qdec interface for FS-FAST output?
