Ciao Giovanni - Based on the commas, I'm guessing that your unix environment is set to a non-US language setting. You can change this with:

setenv LANG en_US.UTF-8

Actually, if you download the latest update of tracula, you won't have to transpose your tables and it'll also apply the above language setting automatically so you won't have to.

Hello

I would like to use Tracula with freesurfer. No problem with freesurfer.
But with Tracula running the command :
trac-all -prep -c $TUTORIAL_DATA/diffusion_gio/dmrirc.tutorial, I've got this error
message : "bvecs and bvals don't have the same
number of entries".

I am surprised of this error message because I think to have transcribed in txt
format the bval and bvec files as indicated in the
guide (Please see the attached txt transpose file).
The bvecs file (Please see the attached file) generated by trac-all contains
only zeros with commas.

The conversion of the text files (bval_transpose.txt and bvec_transpose.txt) to
SLF format seems not working.

Please, does anyone have an idea ?

Thanks for your response

Best

Giovanni
