Here's another. I am working with voxels in the original MRI coordinate system. It appears that voxel and vertex coordinates in freesurfer are transformed to a 1 mm x 256^3 volume. Is there a tool to transform these back to MRI coordinates, preferably command line? Or is the transform itself easily found? Thanks again.
