Hi John, it has been a long time since I looked at version 4.3, so I don't know if it can or not. One thing you can try is to use the version 5.x mri_segstats (the program which computes the aseg.stats table). You could run this outside of recon-all and generate a file with a different name. That way you won't have to worry about mixing version. doug
