      Hi Liang

can you clarify what you mean by "freesurfer space"? What are
you trying to do with the coords? We have several coordinate
systems, all of which are documented on our wiki.
      cheers

            Hi,
I need to convert a vast amount of  coordinates
(voxel unit: i, j, k) in raw space to freesurfer
            space (256*256*256 FOV). Could
someone give some suggestions how to solve it?

            Thanks,
            Liang
