Thank you very much Dr. Greve.

I must still be doing something wrong.

When I try : asegstats2table --skip --common-segs --delimiter comma
--tablefile V5vo-BA-lh.csv --hemi lh --parc=BA --meas volume
--subjectsfile=a.txt
I get : asegstats2table: error: no such option: --hemi

When I try : asegstats2table --skip --common-segs --delimiter comma
--tablefile V5vo-BA-lh.csv --parc=BA --meas volume
--subjectsfile=a.txt
I get : asegstats2table: error: no such option: --parc

When I try : asegstats2table --skip --common-segs --stats=lh.BA.stats
--meas volume --delimiter comma --tablefile V5vo-BA-lh.csv
--subjectsfile=a.txt
I do not get an error message, however, the table that is creates only
has a single column "Measure:volume" with subjects listed in that
column.

Do you have a newer version of the "asegstats2table" than what comes
with "freesurfer-Linux-centos4_x86_64-stable-pub-v5.1.0".

Once again thank you very much for your suggestions.

B.A.
