Navid, Are you needing to convert the thickness.mgh file or a surface (e.g., ?h.pial, ?h.white, etc) file to .vtk? We've used mris_convert many times to create .vtk files from FS surfaces. The command is fairly straightforward.
mris_convert <path_to>/?h.<surface_file> <path_to>/?h.<file>.vtk I'm not sure you can convert the thickness.mgh files into .vtks, don't they only contain coordinate information? Hope that helps. -Derin On Dec 12, 2011, at 9:13 AM, Navid Shiee wrote: > Hello, > > I was wondering if there is a command like mris_convert to create a thickness > map in vtk format (either on the white or pial surface) ? > > Thanks, > > -- > Navid Shiee > Ph.D. Candidate > Laboratory of MEDical Image Computing (MEDIC) > Image Analysis and Communication Laboratory (IACL) > Johns Hopkins University > _______________________________________________ > Freesurfer mailing list > Freesurfer@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu > https://mail.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/mailman/listinfo/freesurfer > > > The information in this e-mail is intended only for the person to whom it is > addressed.
