Dear Free Surfer, At the bottom of http://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsFastTutorialV5.1/TutorialData it is stated:
"You will also need to link the FreeSurfer<http://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FreeSurfer> anatomical subjeccts (data in fsfast-tutorial.subjects) into your $SUBJECTS_DIR" My stupid question: Could this be accomplished by creating subdirectories or links in $SUBJECTS_DIR? Thanks, -- <<•>>~<>~<<•>>~<>~<<•>>~<>~<<•>>~<>~<<•>>~<>~<<•>>~<>~<<•>>~<>~<<•>> Carl M.
