from my research assistant - On XXX the coordinates on the right side of the screen in tkmedit always start with a negative number.
So that part is correct. Our problem is that the brain is not flipped - if freesurfer displays radiological and SPM8zero displays neurological, then when you compare the 2 side by side, the brains should be mirror images. Ours are not, they are the same. Make sense?
