Hi Bruce,

Thanks again for your  help.

I have two more question please:

1). When I need to average my  subjects and controls all together while
using         make_average_subject  --subjects 1 2... ?

2) When I run the make_average_subject  I need to specify   -xform
talairach.lta or talairach.m3z. What is the difference between this two and
what should I choose or how I know which one I have to choose?

Thank you very much for your help.
Antonella
