Dear Bruce, I am ready to start my GLM group analysis. I am trying to construct the FSGDF by constructing an my_age_fsgd.txt file. I was reading the tutorial and I am not sure if I need to put together my patients and controls in my FSGDF since my group study will be for patients versus controls.
