It would probably be more like this:
    1.0000         0    0.5000
    1.0000         0   -0.5000
         0    1.0000    0.5000
         0    1.0000   -0.5000
The 1st col codes subject 1. The 1st row is the 1st measure of subject 1 
and the 2nd row is the 2nd measure of subject 1.
