Hi, there,
Following the freesurfer pipeline, we can perform volume-based analysis and
surface-based analysis. I would like to know in what space each subject has
been processed. Is the processing of each subject in native space or standard
space? When I say standard space, I mean stereotaxic space or something like
that.
For each subject, there is a file named "aseg.stats". Volume of subcortical
structures are listed, I would like to know whether these volume are
calculated in native or standard space. How could I obtain the volume of these
structures in native and standard space respectively?
Could anyone help me and give me some details?
